This wise advice from my grandfather continues to guide and inspire me to this day. I have been working in the data area for almost 18 years now, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of industries - including energy, telecommunications, retail and logistics - building up extensive expertise and inspiring many people with innovative solutions.
Time has taught me one thing above all: How essential it is to connect technology with genuine human value.
Today, I bring this experience to my work as a mental coach, team developer and organizational designer. My focus is on helping people and teams achieve exceptional performance and consistent growth. I combine a deep understanding of human dynamics with an organizational design that creates value and enables continuous development. Together we create clarity, strengthen cohesion and develop structures that promote long-term success - in a world that demands change and at the same time opens up new opportunities.
